- If you would like to add a monogram to an item, there are two steps: a) select the number of characters; b) type in the name or initials in the text box

- Fill out the order form with your contact details. Click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD
- Payment options page – you may either settle payment immediately via credit card, or wait for the confirmation email with the bank deposit details
- You will receive your online sales invoice via email
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and BPI bank deposit payments. For bank deposit option, please email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery / Shipping
Shipping costs are standardized for each location. Here’s how soon you can expect your package to arrive after payment:
- Metro Manila (P100) – 1-3 working days
- Outside Metro Manila (P200) – 4-7 working days
Please note that delivery lead-times stated above are for items that do not require monogramming. Single-transaction orders amounting to P10,000 and above are qualified for free delivery nationwide.
Should you wish to have your orders delivered anywhere else in the world, please email us the destination address and we will provide you a quotation for the shipping fee. Please note that we do not shoulder import fees and additional taxes of international orders; these duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Add a personal touch to your leather pieces to make them more special. These are perfect to give as gifts, event souvenirs or corporate giveaways.
Most of our Basic Collection accessories are available for monogramming. We stamp each piece manually with gold foil, and take time and effort to make them as precise as possible.
Lead-time for monogrammed items is 1-4 weeks after payment, depending on the quantity required. We will ship out your order once it is ready.
- 1-4 characters = P100
- 5-8 characters = P200
Conditions per monogram:
- Up to 8 characters allowed (letters, ampersand "&" and bullets "•" only)
- Up to three (3) repeating letters
- Up to two (2) bullets
- Up to two (2) spaces
- Up to one (1) ampersand
If you are ordering more than one monogrammed piece of the same item color, please add each one individually in the cart, so that the total bill will reflect the correct amount. Please note that the monogramming charge is per item, regardless of whether the name/initials to be stamped are the same across other products to be purchased.
Bulk Order Discounts
Because we appreciate your intention to share our everyday leather pieces with others, we gladly give discounts for bulk orders:

- Place order on the website, disregard total amount reflected upon checkout
- Choose BPI Bank Deposit as payment option and complete your order
- We will reply to the confirmation email you will receive within 24 hours with the discounted total amount
- Settle payment of revised total bill via bank deposit
- Note: We CANNOT process your order for bulk discount if you have chosen to pay via PayPal, credit card or debit card. Please make sure to select BPI Bank Deposit as payment method.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Your orders are made sure to be in excellent condition prior to shipping. Returns and exchanges are accepted within three (3) days upon receipt of items
- We will only accept products that are undamaged and unused. Products damaged due to buyer’s misuse are not covered by this policy
- Delivery costs in returning the item to us and/or having the exchanged item delivered back is shouldered by the customer
- Monogrammed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
We process orders and attend to inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Office is closed on weekends and all holidays.
